  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery by the next business day, if the order is placed before our daily cut-off time.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and the weight of the items in your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • International Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10-20 business days or longer.
  • Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges, which are not included in our shipping fees.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving the tracking number.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen factors such as weather, natural events, and carrier delays may affect shipping times. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issue, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
